weight loss

Hey there again i have decided that its about time that i put down the junk food and start excersizing .I am currently 225 lbs i wana reach the weight i went into college which was 185 lbs so thats a total loss of 40 lbs .This is a long term goal any weight loss is good so id be happ with even a 20 lbs loss.wish me luck

  1. Good for you. When i got home from NY, Christopher looked even skinnier. Lost 60# so far. I know you can do it too!
